Amazon is the existing force in online retailing while Google is the preliminary point for countless people as searching online platform. From the past few years Google and Amazon both are have thrived well as US regulators.

On the other hand, several politicians on the right and left are criticizing the tech giant companies’ for enormous power. Due to all this President Donald Trump and other leaders have taken huge swipes at Amazon in case of taxes and Google in case of search results that are surely unfair. Taking all these things in consideration many republicans are mainly focusing on the suppress competition of the companies.

In addition to above, according to the knowledge of the matter, the federal agencies like the Justice Department for Google and the Federal Trade Commission department for Amazon that handle all the antitrust matters of these companies have finally revealed the oversights. With all this the Justice Department is continuously increasing its interest on Google.

While both technology giants are sopping in data, ambition, and cash and these things are becoming more valid points of discussion in various arguments. A broad range of concerns has lately determined by Amazon, Google, Apple, and Facebook, including their control on various work conditions, consumer privacy, and public discussions.

Due to all these assumptions about Amazon, several consumer groups and vendors have criticized that the powerful e-commerce platform limits out the new competition, mainly as the company enters into fresh business lines like fashion and groceries. On the contrary, the Justice Department is still exploring an investigation of the advertising and search business of Google according to a group of people with knowledge about the matter.

Furthermore, the regulators’ progress in the matter is small and preliminary, and could simply come to end. But if the agencies practice cases, Google and Amazon will definitely face huge consumer distrust, bad publicity, and growing and falling employee assertion.

To conclude all these speculations both spokesman declined to comment anything about the matter and same goes with the representatives of the companies who likewise declined to comment anything about the same.
