Yes, you heard it right! Google the American multinational company privacy is again at risk and many of the websites that are linked with the giant tech platform that millions of people visit every day are at threat. This news puts both the users and their data at a huge risk of losing their respective data to some superfluous third party.  This concept or threat is beyond any hack or data breach, but the question here is how to save people’s data———-is a big worry.

Complaints in European countries against Google

To add more fuel to the matter the ratio of complaints against Google privacy woes are set to increase after campaigners filed complaints to data protection regulators in Belgium, Estonia, Hungary, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Italy, and Slovenia. At this time the issue is immediate bidding, and the complete a process that uses automatic software’s to match the requirements of millions of advertising requests every second from the online publishers and businesses with on-spot bids from advertisers. Google is a huge platform and everyone is directly or indirectly dependent on this online ad industry platform. According to the research firm, eMarketer reports the money-spinner for Facebook and Google is expected to grow to $273 billion this year.

Official Statement:

According to Eva Simon, an officially authorized professional at campaigning group Liberties which is at present coordinating all the complaints said that- “The real-time bidding advertising system may be broadcasting the personal data of users to hundreds or thousands of companies. This advertising method breaches the EU’s data protection regulation (GDPR),” he said.

The groups of countries that logged a complaint against Google privacy are Bulgaria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Italy, Estonia, Slovenia, and Hungary. At present Google is not responding to any complaint or request. This situation dropped the shares of Google parent Alphabet Inc by approximately 6% on Monday according to the latest reports. Due to this abrupt fall in the shares, the US Justice Department may investigate Google for hindering the competition.

Google is without any second thought the renowned online searching platform in the world at collecting user data. One-third of the total world’s top websites are using its Analytics tracking code for various purposes. This simply can justify the importance of the tech giant in the marketplace. The company can alone collect data about anyone even if the person is not using its search engine or visiting any of its services. Because Google has many approaches and products and services to offer, so it is much easier to collect your information. Choosing a new search engine isn’t a tough chore, but finding a substitute for Google services is next to impossible that fits within Google’s range of services and products.

Millions of people at present are suffering to its privacy issues. Google is not responding to any requests and all the big social networks platforms and news companies are busy in collecting the sore amounts of information. As far now it depends upon the users whether they wait for the fix or switch to other search engine services!
