GUANGZHOU, China- Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology-based semiconductor trade leads Baidu to high evaluated money, valuation of $2 billion. It is appearing as a world-class search giant of China to enlarge its revenue flow.
According to the intel stated by a familiar person of Baidu, a Chinese private equity and asset management company, CPE led the investment round. In this investment strategy numerous venture capital organizations namely, IDG along with Legend Capital were also involved. Not only them, but a fund under Chinese funding firm Oriza Holdings also involved in this investment round.
Baidu’s Kunlun chip trade has just finished a financial investment round. Baidu’s one spokesperson has stated without serving any in detail, they will publish more information in this due course. Baidu’s AI chip trade has named Kunlun. It is still yet unclear about the exact amount of money Baidu has able to raise. However, from one source after completing the investment the chip business valuation was estimating up to $2 billion.

According to the report of CNBC, Baidu was looking forward to lifting huge money to set as a standalone AI chip organization. Now after raising the money by Kunlun trade, it could open up a path for the unit to be augmented. However, there is no final decision has come out yet. AI chips are built up to make a bulk amount procedure of data that can be applied in artificial intelligence software. A cahs booster for Baidu’s trade can support the organization to commercialize a robust technology.
