• Support & Maintenance

As a part of the design and development company, Fluper Ltd. assumes complete obligation for maintaining, developing, and updating the client’s website or mobile application. Fluper Ltd. is liable to handle the project’s overall development from inception to completion in place of that.

• Content

The client’s website contains certain information, which is Fluper. Ltd shall not be responsible. The client retains copyright and intellectual property rights about the content. However, Fluper is entitled to use work samples for its portfolios to demonstrate graphics and web design elements as a sample of its achievement.

• Travel Time And Expenses

Our quotation typically does not include travel time to and from the customer’s location. However, if travel or a visit is necessary for a meeting, the client will cover all the expenses as agreed between both parties.

• Quotations

The cost indicated in the quotation is just for the work that has been agreed upon by the client. In the event that the client determines throughout the site’s development that adjustments are necessary, we will issue an additional price for the work and may need to reevaluate the project’s completion timeline.

• Upfront Payment

Before work can start, an advance of 20% of the project’s total cost is needed. Once the work starts, there will be no refunds.

• Payment Terms

Payment is currently accepted by neft, and paypal, cheques, and demand drafts unless otherwise agreed.

• Payment

If the payment is due within 14 days of the invoice, unless otherwise agreed between the parties, the website/ mobile app may not be fully published or launched until and unless the full payment has been received. In case there is a payment default, the client can experience withdrawal of any published or launched content. In this situation, the projects require repairs of the minimum amount of $50. The client will be liable to pay 15% of the outstanding balance in the context of a late payment fee if not settled within 14 days of the invoice date.

• Contract

The client’s consent for the work to start will be considered a binding contract between fluper ltd. And the client. The client’s signature on the quote document or an email confirming the quote (with the document attached) might be used to approve the work. Crucial: the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions when the work is approved to start and the advance payment is made.

• Material

The client owns all rights to the material that they supply to the client. We, at Fluper Ltd. will consider the part of the content belonging to the client and ensure no violation on the part of copyright regulations.

• Domain Names

Fluper ltd. reserves the name of the domain till the time clients fulfill all the payment obligations associated with the domain and other professional costs.

• Registration Fees

The client is liable to pay the full reimbursement before filing a formal application for registration. All the expenses of the registration of the domain name or the acquisition of this-party utilities or services, are covered by the standard invoice which is sent out beforehand following the permission for the start of work.

• Copyright

Any content that fluper ltd. Creates for the client, including designs, artwork, and source code, is protected by copyright. If copyright has been previously agreed upon, it may be transferred to the customer upon receipt of the final payment by fluper ltd. Unless both parties agree in writing, fluper ltd. Has the right to keep the copyright on all material produced by fluper ltd.

• Photography And Graphics

Fluper may use stock photos and pictures in the process of designing and developing the website/app. Generally, the stock images and graphics are not included in the intricate process of pricing and won’t be a part of pricing until the client approves the additional expense.

• Internet Service Provider

The client is aware that additional contracts with the internet service provider (isp) are necessary for any website storage services or application service provider (asp) services. If necessary, fluper ltd. Will agree to register a domain name with the host; however, it will not be liable for any modifications made by the provided server.

• 1 Year Free Technical Support

As one of the top web and mobile app development companies in India, Fluper offers the finest technical support for a year after the project is successfully delivered or the project files are transferred to the host account, whichever comes first. We, at Fluper, undertake agile methodology in offering our IT Solutions. That being said, a free technical service is offered for a year in case of any flaws or errors in Java script that might get discovered in our server-side scripting. However, we assume this duty of providing free support at no additional cost to you until and unless another designer or developer makes changes to the project files.
