Xiaomi will launch its first Redmi-branded laptop in the Indian market today which will bring more affordable options for people in India. The company is expected to launch one or more Redmi laptops in Indian markets and the announcement was made during the roll out of Redmi Note 10 5G smartphone.
Xiaomi already offers the Mi Notebook 14 Horizon, Mi Notebook 14 (IC), Mi Notebook 14 and Mi Notebook 14 e-Learning Edition, and the RedmiBook laptops are expected to bring more pocket-friendly options to the market. The Redmi Book will be launched at 12 noon and the virtual launch event will be held on both YouTube and Facebook. Company will disclose every detail regarding the prices, features, and availability at the launch event.
There have been various leaks and rumors regarding this launch thus, the company has not leaked any information about the price of these devices. According to rumours, the company’s upcoming RedmiBook laptop could come with the latest Intel 11th Gen processor and a Full HD display. The laptop could come with SSD storage instead of a traditional hard drive, and feature up to 8GB of RAM, according to recent leaks. The RedmiBook could also sport fast charging higher than 45W, according to recent leaks, which suggest it could also boast a long battery life.
