LONDON- Twitter and Facebook are being censured over a failure to perform sufficiently fast to handle a wave of racial abuse indicated at Black colored England footballers following the loss to Italy in the Euro cup final. Numerous leading British sports athletes and teams have already boycotted Instagram.
