Paytm recently announced that it shall soon make wallet payments absolutely free for its merchant partners. With this amazing move, merchants will now be able to receive unlimited digital payments via Paytm wallet at absolutely free of cost.
Over 17 million merchants can enjoy zero charge digital payments and get the amounts directly settled in their preferred bank accounts. Henceforth, merchant partners will require Paytm’s “All In One QR” instead of having multiple QRs at their payment counters for easily accepting payments from Paytm UPI, Paytm Wallet, or other UPI based apps.
The Vice President of Paytm, Mr Aditya Kumar recently said that the company is keen on empowering its merchant partners by making it convenient for them to accept wallet payments and that too at zero cost. He further added that the merchant bankers can receive this money directly into their respective bank accounts in real-time and that too without having the need to worry much about the charges.

Merchant partners will be able to save more now onwards with every single transaction and they can now easily transact using a single QR and that too without any restrictions or limits.
Paytm has also announced that it is planning to offer its micro-merchants with collateral-free loans at a relatively low rate of interest and that too for up to ₹500,000. These initiatives altogether shall act as a big boost for Kirana merchants, SMEs, wholesale traders, freelancers and retailers for accelerating the growth of mobile payments across the nation.
