LaunchNotes, a company created by the team behind Statuspage (later purchased by Atlassian) and former marketing manager for Jira, revealed today that it has raised a $1.8 million seed round co-led by Cowboy Ventures and Bull City Ventures. Additionally, this round includes Tim Chen (general partner, Essence Ventures), Eric Wittman (head development officer, JLL Technologies), Kamakshi Sivaramakrishnan (VP Software, LinkedIn), Scot Wingo (co-founder and CEO, Spiffy), Lin-Hua Wu (head communications officer, Dropbox) and Steve Klein (co-founder, Statuspage). Right now, the entry barrier demands the users to pay for it.

Best Delivery App Development Company

As Brereton told me, when it was released three months ago, the app had acquired about 100 active users.

“More than anything, I think our original research has been confirmed even more than I had expected,” said Tyler Davis, co-founder, and CEO. It’s just becoming very clear that this particular issue — though it’s a challenge for smaller teams — is even more of a crucial issue as you expand and spread out into multiple departments and multiple business units.

Maybe it’s no wonder then that many of the next things on the roadmap of the project contain apps that big business will expect from such a platform, including integrations with problem trackers, beginning with Jira, single sign-on solutions and better team collaboration software.

“One of the things I think is interesting is that this is a modern record structure for product users to use this kind of life in various locations right now — you could have some in Jira and some in Trello or Asana, and some in Sheets and some in Airtable or Slack,” she said. She also thinks LaunchNotes can be a helpful resource when it comes to introducing new members of the team or turning over a project to another maker.

She also noted that the founding team, who she feels has the perfect experience to develop this venture, are very upfront about the need to get the organization more diversity.

Conclusion:

Users had previously had to be on a paying schedule to do so. The team also helps companies to further configure the appearance and sound of these public services and to remove user limitations.DisclaimerGet your application designed contact Fluper
