Microsoft has officially released the Windows 11 update which is now available for download on compatible desktop and laptop computers around the world. Announced back in June, the latest update to the Windows operating system brings important changes to the operating system in what is being called the biggest upgrade to Windows since Microsoft released Windows 10 in 2015. Microsoft has also released Office 2021, with updates to the widely used productivity suite.
Windows 11 brings a brand-new design to users, from a new Start Menu, redesigned apps like Calendar, Paint, Clock, and the Microsoft Store, while users will also see improved dark and light system themes. All of the redesigned elements are inspired by Microsoft’s Fluent Design, and give the operating system a fresh coat of paint.
