Popular video conferencing app, Webex adds new features like transcription service and background noise cancellation for enhancing its users experience on the app. Cisco is currently revamping its Webex video conferencing application for successfully targeting a larger share of the ever-growing online collaboration market.
Currently, Webex video conferencing mobile app has over 600 million users which is almost twice the number it has recorded in the month of March this year prior to the time when Covid-19 pandemic came into the picture.
The successful acquisition of tech companies like BubbleLabs has empowered Cisco to add new features to its Webex app that can now enable the users to cut on background noise and have a seamless video conferencing experience on the app itself.
Webex app has got an advanced ML model that can automatically identify background noise and suppress the same so that the meaningful conversation gets easily amplified.
