Ms. Akansha: Impossible is what I haven’t seen ever, you know me! Don’t you. Just wait & watch. (Her confidence was higher in her tone)
Mr. Anshul: This time, it will be tough Akansha; I think you should drop it. (Oh, the level two attack on her confidence)
Ms. Akansha: Could you please just wait, let me get it by any mean! (She has already half confidence that she will get one of the most difficult client pitch of Fluper)
Mr. Anshul: Smiles! (He knows that the deal is already on the floor, it just a final words from here Superwoman. You never know, how he plays with strategies to get things done)
Little did she know that it was his way to push her, just a bit to get the toughest tasks gets complete. She is young, beauty, brain, brilliant and ‘never-say-never’ attitude personality.
And, after exactly 18 minutes, she was back in the business head’s cabin with a mysterious smile on her face.
Ms. Akansha: SPOT ON! “Bola tha naa”; the client will make the payment in next two hours, congratulations on the first overseas collaboration.
Mr. Anshul: Smiles!”
It was the first interaction of Fluper’s marketing team with their business head Mr. Anshul Sharma. He is a strong believer that one needs to make efforts to get the success. His dream venture Fluper started just 3 years back and became an overnight sensation. This is what you see from outside, the shining brand Fluper, but very few know the burning efforts he has been doing since his college days to get this overnight success.
What keeps a business alive is the marketing and sales activity of that business. Actually, marketing is the “breadwinner” for any business entity. Mr. Anshul Sharma, currently the business head of Fluper is a strict follower of this theory. He is a true marketer, he understands the corporate and end-users effectively. It proves with his statement in a recent interview with a known business publication.
Excerpts from his interview, when asked about the role of marketing and branding for a company; “marketing, branding, & advertising are the first things a business should work on, even before going into the market. I started Fluper’s marketing division just after the foundation stone. See, we have created a huge buzz for brand Fluper, before it actually started functioning.” It proves his sheer business mind; he knows which note to play for a perfect rhythm.

So, it proves when Fluper came into existence, UpShine was its first child. Actually the backbone of entire Fluper family. UpShine as the name suggests, the team behind the glittering and shining image of Fluper. This sounds fascinating to us; as starting a company, go into the market and get investors, get clients, and earn the profit; but can UpShine do it alone!
Sorry to dishearten you guys, this is not a one-man show, it’s the team effort.
And, do you how it started. Actually, you should know how did this happen. Wait…wait, let us bring you back to the day, this young entrepreneur was dreaming about his new business venture. The concept was kept striking in his mind, but he wanted to get the best branding for his company. “Business number nahi, business log hai … sirf log,” and he wanted to get his people to execute the plan in the market.
“Business idea & planning, I can take care of!”
“Technology and development, Ruchin and Vinay are there, no worries!”
“Marketing & sales, I need someone who has superb communication skills, brilliant negotiation power, strong relationship skills, amazing motivator, aggressive to get the deal, and outstanding planning skills; actually he was asking a SUPERMAN.”
It was 2 A.M. in the night, he went down for a stroll; “Superman; do I really need Superman.” And, what came on his face was the “Expression Of The Year”; why not SUPERWOMAN!!!
Yes, only she is can drive it what I want; Akansha, the superwoman for the Fluper family. And, then she joined the group with the first impression of UpShine. She joined the team with her experience of business development and sales.
Akansha Pandey, affectionately calls “Queen Bee” is currently the vice president sales of Fluper has reached up to this position in the shortest span of time. She was the perfect choice for this position. She has the persona of “master of all trades”; a rare gem actually.
Brand value is what she added in Fluper with her expert team, UpShine!
Beauty with brain and attitude are what she’s best known for; you can ask anyone in the Fluper team. She comes with an aura; her presence is enough to get the half work done. Shows her sales figure and statistics that she is the architect of UpShine’s success graph.
Okay, about her personality and business tactics is for some other day, here comes the day for UpShine to bid adieu this place. Where UpTech left, UpShine would connect the thread and say goodbye to this place. In the past, there have been so many changes, learning, challenges, development, and success experienced by UpShine.
They stayed tall in each rise and fall they experienced, the team proved it. UpShine is not just a bunch of salespersons; it is a complete blend of masters of different trades. Business development executives, business analysts, marketing executives, email marketers, project coordinators, graphic designers, UI/UX designers, SEO experts, content writers, web designers, respective team leads, and above all our beloved “Queen Bee.” No doubt, UpShine is the “silent warrior” of Fluper’s fluid performance in these years.
Starting from 1st client pitch, 1st project, 1st success party, 1st client meet, birthdays, Diwali party, Ethnic wear-day, Secret Santas, New Year party, Independence day function, and the fun-fulfilled Fun-Fridays; everything has the exclusive elements of UpShine team. Actually, they share a deep bonding with it, but the time is over now.
Need to say, “alvida”; “Hey UpShiners, there is a good news and a bad news for you; which one I should start with first? She disclosed this in last Fun-Friday, and then she said let’s start with the bad news; she doesn’t take your opinion, don’t mind, told you she is the Queen Bee.
“Guys; you don’t need to come to this office anymore from Monday onward and the good news is that we have the new office from Monday, a completely new place.” And, she asked to meet in the evening. The best part about her personality is that success can’t go over her head. She stays calm, plays her role and back to her fortress.
It started with UpTech, first, they moved to the new place, now it is for UpShiners to bid adieu. And, they did it, Summer Solstice was the day when the old office saw the last glimpse of the UpShine team.
Last day was an amalgam of excitement, joy, and emotions of separation; that was in the eyes and words of all UpShine members. Without mincing the words, team UpShine.
